PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY $100 retainer along with a signed contract is required to hold your wedding day. 50% of the balance is due 3 months prior to the wedding date. The balance is due one week before the event date. Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 90 days before the wedding. Your $100 retainer is still non-refundable. You are responsible for the number of attendants listed above. If someone cancels, you are welcome to replace them. If they are not replaced, you are still contracted, and financially responsible for, the amount of attendants listed above. If you cancel less than 90 days prior to your wedding date listed above, 50% of the total will be charged. ARRIVAL TIME On the wedding day, the entire bridal party must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. All hair must be washed and dried the day before the event. In the event that someone shows up with wet hair and needs to be blown out and additional $50 will be added on. This does not pertain to someone receiving a blowout. Please do not use a flat iron as we cannot guarantee a proper curl if it’s used the day before. TRAVEL FEE A travel fee is added to the pricing above if distance to site is more than 40 miles of Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Parking fees, tolls and valet charges are also taken into consideration and added to the travel fee at the time of booking. The fee is determined by Andrea and will be due at the time of the final payment. PAYMENT Final payment should be made one week before event. If payment is not received a $50 late charge will be applied to your account. PHOTOGRAPHY + SOCIAL MEDIA Photos taken at your trial or by a professional photographer on your wedding day, may be used in my portfolio or on social media, for future clients to view. Your photographer will always receive proper credit for their work. LIABILITY Client agrees to release Hair by Andrea Rossi and all employees from liability for any skin complications or heat damage to client’s hair and/or skin from the use of heated hair tools like blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons etc, or for any adverse reactions to the client’s hair or skin from products and tools used or application of said products and tools. EMERGENCIES + SICKNESS Hair by Andrea Rossi’s obligation to give services is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the artist’s control. In a scenario where the artist cannot perform the contracted services, every attempt will be made to find a replacement artist with no additional fees incurred to the client.
